The best dealership in Northeast Florida!!! I must say that my experience purchasing a Lincoln MKZ was more then I expected. We were greeted at the entrance with a nice ping pong game going, alo I must say that my experience purchasing a Lincoln MKZ was more then I expected. We were greeted at the entrance with a nice ping pong game going, along with some yummy popcorn and cold bottled waters. We traded in a vehicle and Tom Reinard along with Zach Gibbs, made a dream come true for my family. Tom worked VERY hard on our financing and we were approved through the Ford/Lincoln Finance plan which made the deal more amazing. The interest rate was the best ever and the car is beyond what we imagined. Zach was quick to get our paper work done as well. Financing papers were singed in a timely fashion with Rick Garcia. All these gentlemen were very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle they sold. It's like they cared for my family as if it was their own. We love our new ride and will be back out there to make our 3rd purchase from the Bozard team. If I could rate them, I'd give them a 10+. I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville I had been to five other dealerships and what a difference in Service. I was very very impressed. I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville and my daughter suggested we go here to see if I could have any luck finding the car I wanted. Well when we approached the dealership a nice young man greeted us and I described the vehicle I wanted. We did two test drives and they did have the MKX that fit the bill. I was leery about cross state transactions but they facilitated it with no problem at least on my end. They kept me informed and were very gracious. I observed others in the showroom and this was not a fluke. It is no wonder this is such a successful dealership. The man who delivered the car said this dealership was meticulous about everything, I had great confidence in Zach and Mr. Krell is an excellent manager and I have dealt with many businesses over the years and I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

Great new car buying experience and accessories after the I purchased a used mustang for my son to drive to college two years ago. They replaced the battery, brakes, new tires and serviced the vehicle at the time of purchase. I was pleased with the vehicle and still am. I purchased a new Escape for my wife last month. Zach Gibbs was our sales agent and was very patient with my wife and got her the wheels she wanted for the vehicle. I came back several weeks later and purchased a new F-150, Zach was great again getting me want I needed for my trade in and finding me the right truck. I came back for a bed liner, window tint and leveling kit. The prices were cheaper or same as other places so I had them all done at once. Great job on all the work. While I was picking up my truck I found new takeoff wheels and tires from a truck that they were accessorizing. I purchased them and had them installed while I waited in less than an hour. Great job to all of the Bozard staff that helped us on the purchase of the vehicles and service. I will be back when I need another vehicle or need service. David M. Fleming Island More
