He brought my new car and drove my trade- in back to the dealership. He had a specialist Tanya, Tomanek, come to my house to go over all the technical features on the car and to teach me how to use them. I could not be happier with my purchase of my new Lincoln MKC. Amazing Service For Out-of-State Buyer I found a Ram 2500 that fit my needs and price point at Bozard Ford online. I live 6 hours from the dealer in another state. We came to an agreement via email and phone conversation, and I requested that all the paper work be prepared prior to my arival, so after I test drove the truck I could get back on the road as soon as possible. Everything went perfect, and the truck was just as pictured and described. I worked with Zach Gibbs and the service was great. After shaking hands on the truck I found a turn signal lens was cracked on the p side mirror, and they said it was no problem, just have it fixed at a local dealer and they would reimburce me. While at the dealer, they found a sensor malfunction and I had it replaced. I was reimburced for everything 100% right away, no questions asked. 8 months and 12,000 miles later no problems at all. Buying out of state was made incredibly simple, they even made me a seperate paper work folder with everything I needed to register the truck in my state, and it was spot on. Amazing service! More

I called t So I left one review already... however in the few weeks I’ve had my car the abs light and traction light came on again in my Chrysler 300. I called the dealership. Set up an appointment. When I arrived Zach came over to check on me even though I did not tell him I was coming. Bozard put me in a rental car for the day while my one year old and I awaited for services. Then when I returned to pick my car up Ashley said she would mail me a gas card with my new floor mats for the troubles of traveling an hour to and from the dealership within a couple weeks I visited 3 times. Two times for abs light/traction control. I’m just amazed at the customer service and the fact that I had already bought my car and Zach was still very attentive to the buyer. Thanks again Bozard! P.s. did not even get charged once for their service. This place is about the customers not the money. More

I was able to text Zach anytime I had a question or concern. I brought two kids with me dealership is very clean. They even have a ping pong table to make time go by! I will return to Bozard in the future. Rick Garcia was my finance manager. He worked hard to get me a great deal on financing even included a 3 year Powertrain warranty on my new car. I would go only to Bozard Ford to buy a car. I had my car totaled and had to purchase a vehicle in the midst of dealing with insurance. I had a time constraint; I called and Zach Gibbs was the employee I spoke to; he eased my mind immediately and went to work. I called on a Friday and on Monday afternoon I went in and left with a new car. I had until 6 pm to return my rental where insurance would cover it. I made that goal and I must say it was a very easy process, they did all the hard work. It is our 4th car and now, my daughter actually went up after Thanksgiving and also purchased a new car through the salesman Zach Gibbs. I highly recommend him to be your salesman. The whole staff is great, but Zach Gibbs is professional, fun to work with and gets the job done. My husband, who went with my daughter said it was so awesome and he dreads this process; they were there an hour and a half, Zach Gibbs had everything in the works when she arrived. Awesome on all fronts from customer service to signing the papers. Thank you so much for everything and making the customer feel like your needs really matter.
