The following is an update to my comments regarding Bozard Ford/Lincoln: About a week after I purchased an F-150, I stopped in the dealership at 7:45 pm on a Saturday (Derby evening). I did not realize the dealership closes at 7 pm on Saturdays but there were a couple sales folks still there. One salesman was in the parking lot and I ask him how to open and shut the rear window. He told me that he was helping someone else. I was standing by my truck when he walked right by me. Really? You can’t give me 10 seconds to show me where the button is located. There is no customer with him and he is by himself. I walked in the dealership and he asked me what I wanted. I told him that I was hoping he would show me how to open or shut the window and he walked off and never came back. When I purchased the truck, my salesman, Zack, was very nice and showed me but I forgot. I’m not interested in getting anyone in trouble. I realize everyone wants to go home at the end of the workday, but a few seconds and a little respect wouldn’t hurt. I ordered a Navigator from Bozard Lincoln last month which hasn’t arrived yet. If this is the kind of service that I can expect from Bozard, I won’t not be back. More

saved the day & my faith in ford have a 2016 flex & the ac went out on my way to stuart florida. when i purchased my flex, i also purchased a full service package & factory extended 1 have a 2016 flex & the ac went out on my way to stuart florida. when i purchased my flex, i also purchased a full service package & factory extended 100k mile warranty. so when i took it to the local ford [advantage ford] dealership in stuart to have it looked at/repaired, i didn’t expect pay for any of the service. unfortunately, that particular dealership didn’t recognize my service plan & informed me that repairs would be over $800. the parts weren’t covered by my warranty, as the damage was caused by “normal wear & tear”. i told them i would wait to have the repairs done when i returned to st. augustine. advantage ford proceeded to charge me $150 for diagnostics & misc. parts for my visit. my experience at bozard ford was the complete opposite. when i brought my car in, they assured me all repairs would be covered by my warranty as would be my rental car for the time it took to make them. that’s exactly what happened. the team at bozard is awesome. it’s why i bought my car there & why i will always return for service & repairs! He truly understands the anxiety and frustration associated with the major purchase of a new vehicle as well as provides a human to human experience. After my first purchase of a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum, my experience was so exceptional that I started recommending him to everyone I heard talking about getting a new vehicle.
