He was very sweet, professional and had a personality that I found calming. I test drove the trucks I found online. Negotiations began and I was comfortable with the deal and the way I was treated and purchased a truck. We drove 2 hours to get to Bozard, the truck was ready for a test drive. I HATE buying vehicles there is always a game that salesman play.... but not at Bozard. Zac was awesome. Smoothest buying experience ever. And Zac took the time to go over everything in the truck, when we left my phone was set up, I understood how to work the navigation system, and all the other goodies the truck came with .
