But, ended up in closing the deal on the same (within an hour). He listened to our needs, then walked us through the options available and helped us to finalize the features/options that best suites our need. We got overwhelmed by his gentleness to give respect to our religious belief and drove to work to take care of the handing over formalities during his time off period. Also, spent adequate time with us to demo the features available in GLC 300 and take a tour to the Service department. Hats off to his professionalism and compassion. Katie Segrist, Business Manager did a splendid job with negotiating the competitive interest rate with the financial institutions. She was knowledgeable with all the terms and conditions defined in the policy and was able help us to finalize the terms that suites our need. We were able to finalize the terms and complete the paper work in 30 minutes. Hats off to her knowledge and speediness with paperwork execution. More

Why I continue to buy from Mercedes Benz I recently moved to Cincinnati for a job opportunity and within a few weeks my 2008 C300 had some problems. I brought it to MB of Cincinnati for servi I recently moved to Cincinnati for a job opportunity and within a few weeks my 2008 C300 had some problems. I brought it to MB of Cincinnati for service. Charlene provided me with analysis of all the repairs that would be needed - some immediate and others that could wait. With 130,000+ miles on the vehicle, I needed to make a decision whether to fix it or buy new. Charlene put me in touch with Zach and we did a few test rides. Zach was very patient, helped me weigh all the options (that were important to me) and took various phone questions from me in addition to my showroom visits. On December 4th, I drove away with my shiny new 2015 Black C300. Note that this is my 4th brand new C Class. Previously owning a 1998, 2004 and a 2008. The other three were special ordered, so needless to say I am quite particular. This was also the best buying experience I have had with MB. Zach was very knowledgeable about the C Class and other models in my price range. It was a no pressure sale. This was important to me because, it had been awhile since I bought a vehicle. When service and sales work together, I view it as a win-win for the buyer and the dealership at the beginning and end of ownership of a vehicle. Everyone was friendly at the dealership (management, service and sales. ) Not only do I have a new MB but, two new friends in Cincinnati! Zach and Charlene make a great Team. More

He was truly the most professional salesman we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There was no pressure. No promises that a reasonable person knew were impossible to keep. Based on this initial meeting, I decided that I would bring my wife on my next visit to get her involved. She, like me, was very impressed with Zach. The best treatment came once we decided to buy. Rather than lowering the level of attention, Zach continued to stay beside through the paperwork and delivery. Throughout the process Zach introduced us to Dana, Charlene, and Robert all of whom were most gracious. In summary, this was the best car buying experience we could have hoped for. More

Sales Representative Zach Glutz listened to me and picked-up on what I was looking for and expertly directed me the current, available selection of certified, late-model E350 sedans. Zach clearly explained the features of the cars that interested me. He accompanied me on a test drive and demonstrated its features. Negotiations were straight forward; no "full-court-press"...my decision to buy or not…I felt like I was in-charge. I bought and the financing, trade-in, title work, insurance changes, etc. all went as smoothly as the shifting of an eight speed Mercedes Benz automatic transmission.
