Impressed. When I 1st came to look for a new 2021 RAV4 and it was raining, Mike Rieth was the ONLY salesman who came out to greet me. Although we had some hiccups along the way to the purchase, Mike made and it was raining, Mike Rieth was the ONLY salesman who came out to greet me. I walked into the dealership at 12:15. I looked at the different vehicles on the showroom floor, specifically the Venza. Josh Aufdenkamp was a pleasure to work with We just picked up our 2020 Highlander and couldn't be more pleased about our experience at Kolosso Toyota. Josh Aufdenkamp was a pleasure to work with start to finish. He kept in touch with us even before the 2020 models were introduced. He was patient and present, but never made us feel any pressure. Once the 2020 models came out, he made time for our several trips to the dealership to finally decide on our exact trim package, etc. He was forthright, honest, and listened to our needs/wants. If he didn't know the answer to the question, he thanked us for the opportunity to learn. He made great suggestions and we ended up with exactly the vehicle we hoped to buy.
