I walked into the dealership at 12:15. I looked at the different vehicles on the showroom floor, specifically the Venza. Josh Aufdenkamp was a pleasure to work with start to finish. He kept in touch with us even before the 2020 models were introduced. He was patient and present, but never made us feel any pressure. Once the 2020 models came out, he made time for our several trips to the dealership to finally decide on our exact trim package, etc. He was forthright, honest, and listened to our needs/wants. If he didn't know the answer to the question, he thanked us for the opportunity to learn. He made great suggestions and we ended up with exactly the vehicle we hoped to buy. Kolosso is a great dealership with friendly and knowledgeable sales people. I was originally in the market for used car and hadn’t even thought about a Toyota but the salesman was so friendly and k knowledgeable sales people.
