The dealership was fair to me with my trade in but the service was less than impressive. Since when does a new truck not come with a bedliner? My salesperson was semi uneducated on the process and was service was less than impressive. Since when does a new truck not come with a bedliner? My salesperson was semi uneducated on the process and was not organized. Since the new truck did not come with a bedliner they were supposed to take the one out of my old truck but that took 2 different visits to get that handled because sales didn't schedule an appointment with service to get it done. More

From the beginning Zach was very helpful and friendly to work with. The day I was set to pick up the truck they called and said there was an issue with the truck. I spoke with Zach Johnsrud who gave me different options on what could be done. He said that they were trying to get me a different truck the same as I wanted but didn’t know for sure. A little later I got the call that they got the truck I wanted and would be ready for me to pickup. Zach Johnsrud was great to work with and very helpful.
