His approach allowed me the space I needed to make rational decisions while directing our discussions in a positive trajectory - he helped me accomplish what I wanted to accomplish. Zach Jonsrud joined our conversation for a while, added a couple of insights and listened to a concern or two that I raised. Zach and Mike combined to create a relaxed, friendly, respectful and professional environment. Once we agreed on the terms of my purchase, Business Manager Jodi Franklin completed the transaction with the same degree of thoroughness and professionalism that Mike had exhibited. She deftly handled one slightly unusual circumstance and clearly explained every step of the process. The bottom line is that I ended up with a fine vehicle at a fair price and made 3 friends in the process. I'd call that a pretty good day. More

You could tell that he was still pretty new and needed to learn more about the vehicles, but whenever he didn't know something he got the answer and didn't try bs-ing his way around the questions. He was very straight forward and I appreciated this very much. With this being said I would definitely deal with Alex again. The management we dealt with was also great! They were very friendly and treated me and my family with great respect, almost like they knew us. I hope this was the start of a great relationship with Kolosso and so far very impressed! More
