The whole process was so delightful. Usually car buying seems like a chore but the team at Leif Johnson Ford in Buda really worked hard to change that for me. Bob Salinas did a great job creating a narrative behind my choice in the Bronco Sport. He hooked me in quick. He slowly reeled me in with his humor making sure not to scare me away by being too aggressive. Oscar Gonzalez did a great job telling me that I was making a great choice and told me that Bob was the right person to sell me this car. Zack really worked with me to get me at a price point I was comfortable with, then Dylan took over and closed the deal with ease. Kevin had my car ready with a bow, and I’ve never had a bow on a car before so that was a real treat! He helped me learn my car, named Buffy the Road Slayer if you were wondering, and I felt confident as I maneuvered myself out of the dealership! It was a great display of teamwork making the dream work! I will DEFINITELY be referring my friends and family to Leif Johnson Ford in Buda for the new car needs! More

Only problem is with Ford not with the dealer or staff. Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solut Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solutions nor dir he seem to indicate that Ford would send a software update to fix the problem. No much corporate help for the customer. More
