Our recent vehicle buying experience at Leif Johnson Ford of Buda, TX was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. I began speaking with Zachary Krischke a couple of days prior, who answered all of our questions over the phone, over texts, and he even sent us walk-around videos of the vehicle we were interested in. He was always professional, respectful, extremely patient and helpful. Fellow Veteran, Adrian Bruce, the New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager, worked diligently with Ford to get us the absolute best finance deal! I can’t thank Adrian enough for going to bat for us when we really needed it. Feeling confident about the deal, and the vehicle, we made the drive from San Antonio to Buda the next morning. Upon arrival, Zach met us right at the front and ushered us out to see the our freshly detailed vehicle, topped off with a beautiful large pink bow! My wife was beside herself with joy! After inspecting the vehicle carefully and thoroughly, we were greeted by Dylan Jones, the F & I Director, who went over our financial details with us very thoroughly. We really appreciated Dylan’s patience, professionalism and insight on the various coverage options for our new vehicle! We had so many questions about them and he answered them all! Once we finished signing the paperwork, we were then handed off to Jeff Petrik, the Dealership Delivery Specialist. Jeff did a fantastic job explaining all of our vehicle’s technical features and how to use them. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle. The overall experience at Leif Johnson Ford was the epitome of what all dealerships should strive to achieve with their customers. They are super efficient, and show just how important their customers are to them by not wasting their time with high-pressure tactics or bad-mouthing other dealerships. If you want a quick, efficient, and seamless car-buying experience, don’t waste your time buying from anyone except Leif Johnson Ford, of Buda, TX!
