Very helpful all the staff are very friendly. I just bought a new truck from them. That process was a pleasure. Never was able to say that before. They also work on my other Ford trucks when need be and bought a new truck from them. That process was a pleasure. Never was able to say that before. I've had 2 service experiences with Front Royal Ford, and both have been excellent. I live 1/2 mile from Malloy Ford, and although Front Royal Is a lot further away, their service is better. Front Royal Ford will be my service choice into the future. I might add that the waiting area is pleasant to wait in. More

While they did the basic services I asked for (inspection, oil change, tire balance and rotation), they had my truck from Sunday afternoon to Thursday and never called me to tell me anything.
