Overall visit was good , however I'd wish they would have scheduling for oil changes and inspections. I do appreciate the first time free oil chamge and life time inspection with buying a new car. There estimate on waiting time was accurate so can't really say anything off overall. Fair, friendly and on time. Recommend them to anyone lookn for oil change and inspection but have 2 to 3 hrs to wait. More

Bought a 2026 Ford Maverick in May 2026. Salesman John Sharp was awesome . The whole team was awesome. I was out with my purchase in 2 hours. In 2 weeks following my purchase had a recall Salesman John Sharp was awesome . The whole team was awesome. I was out with my purchase in 2 hours. In 2 weeks following my purchase had a recall on the 2026 Ford Maverick. Do Not Drive Recall in the Service Department Zack Ordoff was awesome. Customer service was great. I recently purchased a new F-150 Lariat from FR Ford and it was time for the first oil change service. I went online earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for 8:30AM the coming Saturday. Frida it was time for the first oil change service. I went online earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for 8:30AM the coming Saturday. Friday prior I got a call and was told they no longer did appointments and that was an error on the web page and it was first-come-first served. At their advise, I came it right at opening and was still told it was 2 hours before servicing. I left and came back later in the day only to be told the wait was another 1.5 hours before servicing. I had been a customer of Malloy Ford in Winchester for years and was always able to schedule appointments and get served promptly and efficiently. I went to the financial office and told them I wanted to cancel my EXPENSIVE service contract as my first experience quite frankly sucked. I would think a brand new customer would not have to wait in line with other non-customer folks to service their new Ford vehicle. Anyway, the general manager was able to promptly get my vehicle serviced but only after I complained. I was not rude, I was not unreasonable. When Ms. O'Connor gave me my keys and paperwork, I thanked her and got a "Uh huh" in return. At this point, I'm still considering cancelling the service contract as I don't think I will put enough miles on the vehicle to justify the expense and will probably go back to Malloy for future servicing. First-come-first-serve is not good for new Ford customers when other dealers allow appointments AND you allowed online scheduling obviously in error. More

The dealership was awesome. Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. It doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone as much as Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. It doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone as much as I would like to because of my work being so intense. The only time I actually talk to him is when I signed the papers to get the truck I like this Ford hybrid I’ve never had one before, but I’m learning to love it. I hope Chris stays there because I will continue to use him as my salesman and recommend him to many others. Good job Chris. More

Bought two brand new F350 trucks in the last month. Hate this dealership so much I didn't even consider going there. Awful. Cheats. Will never go there. During covid I ordered two trucks, but when the second truck came in they tagged on an "MSRP Adjustment" and charged me $2,000 more. Even though I was buying two trucks. Just had recall service done on one of those trucks. They didn't even tighten the battery clamps on either the positive or negative posts (part of recall was putting in a new battery). I ended up getting the local sherrif involved. Also, for the recall service I was told to wait a week to bring in for parts (passnger airbag). When I brought the vehicle in, and then picked it up, they told me that they did not install the new airbag because they didn't have it. What a waste of time. I would have to bring the vehicle back to get the airbag installed. More
