The dealership is almost always a draining experience. I’m on guard the whole time, and I inevitably get dragged through a long frustrating sales process. Ziegler was different. My sales rep, Nate was I’m on guard the whole time, and I inevitably get dragged through a long frustrating sales process. Ziegler was different. My sales rep, Nate was direct and respected my time. The used car sales manager, Zach gave me a fair offer for my trade-in. No haggling needed. The finance rep kept everything simple. Whole process was a breeze. I actually felt like a customer, not a target. Looking forward to coming back for service. More
