The dealership is almost always a draining experience. I’m on guard the whole time, and I inevitably get dragged through a long frustrating sales process. Ziegler was different. The used car sales manager, Zach gave me a fair offer for my trade-in. No haggling needed. The finance rep kept everything simple. Whole process was a breeze.
