making a noise. Zach Reed, who is my usual service manager told me that I needed a new transmission. Bcuz of my extended warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. Zach handled everything with courtesy & professionalism. Surprisingly, the repair was handled expeditiously & now my vehicle drives like a new car. Zach really worked wonders.I do so appreciate him & the service techs at Napleton.
