So i brong my vehicle in to get the recalls tooking care of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technic of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technician could explain and show me better... I get to the dealership and walked to my vehicle where i was shown my gas tank and the tip of my quick connector for the fuel line snapped and was then told by the technician he tried to superglue it back together everything else came apart fine and was great this snapped when he took it off i took pictures and asked if i could speak to a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting after waiting a hour i asked to speak with the Gm please and was told he was in a meeting ok ill wait after another hour i was told that it was epoxyed and i can see it but not touch it i took another picture and asked for the gm i was told he was not in today i asked can i have his business card please they then told me he doesn't have contact information to call the store number i have the pictures of before when it was superglued and after it was then epoxyed it is more then clear from pictures and looking at the break it was done from the technician and this dealership who do I have to or need to contact to speak to someone to have my vehicle back the same way it was when i dropped it off?? More
