The communication was bad. I had no updates throughout my visit until I called the first day after my car was there for 7 hours. The next day car still there tried calling left I had no updates throughout my visit until I called the first day after my car was there for 7 hours. The next day car still there tried calling left messages and didn't get a call back till around 3 that day. My noise couldn't be diagnosed, was told it is a normal sound. I have had the car for 5 years and all of a sudden the ABS makes a noise I have to live with. I do appreciate that I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee after having the car for 2 days. More

Got nothing good to say. Need to work on there customer service. When a person pulled up,they should not have to wait and hook there hornet to get service.
