Had a scheduled appointment that I left work early to get to, I waited over an hour for them to check me in and was there over 4 hours and all they did was test and quick charge my battery and replaced an ex to, I waited over an hour for them to check me in and was there over 4 hours and all they did was test and quick charge my battery and replaced an exterior temp sensor that still doesn't work correctly. The whole dealership, especially the waiting area smelled of exhaust fumes, because the garage area was not vented correctly and they left cars running within the closed garage doors. Smell was horrible and my throat hurt. Won't go there for service ever again! More

I had a recall notice for my Jeep. Your dealership was the closest, so I called and made an appointment . When I pulled in I was delighted to see how clean everything was. My appointment took much longer than anticipated for routine service and a recall. After leaving, I discovered a technical glitch made as a result of the emissions recall.
