So i brong my vehicle in to get the recalls tooking care of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technic of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technician could explain and show me better... I get to the dealership and walked to my vehicle where i was shown my gas tank and the tip of my quick connector for the fuel line snapped and was then told by the technician he tried to superglue it back together everything else came apart fine and was great this snapped when he took it off i took pictures and asked if i could speak to a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting after waiting a hour i asked to speak with the Gm please and was told he was in a meeting ok ill wait after another hour i was told that it was epoxyed and i can see it but not touch it i took another picture and asked for the gm i was told he was not in today i asked can i have his business card please they then told me he doesn't have contact information to call the store number i have the pictures of before when it was superglued and after it was then epoxyed it is more then clear from pictures and looking at the break it was done from the technician and this dealership who do I have to or need to contact to speak to someone to have my vehicle back the same way it was when i dropped it off?? More

Ed Petrella was wonderful, very helpful, patient, and understanding. He is the best salesman we have ever worked with and made the buying process pleasant. Also, Adam Sow was very helpful and kind! Unfortunately, our experience with the service department was extremely disappointing and concerning. The vehicle we purchased was not delivered in a safe, working condition and should never have been sold. When we first left the dealership, the car did not drive properly, so we returned immediately for inspection. We were later told that multiple major components were faulty and needed replacement, including the differential, rear axle, front axle, driveshaft, and rotors. After waiting several days with little communication, we were informed the car was ready for pickup. However, after driving it just over a mile, the vehicle lost power in the middle of an intersection and had to be towed back to the dealership. We then learned that the service department had installed a rear-wheel-drive axle on an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Due to these serious service errors and ongoing safety concerns, our family decided not to proceed with the purchase. Although we gave the service department opportunities to fix the issues, we no longer felt the vehicle could be trusted to be safe. After significant effort and discussion, the dealership eventually agreed to buy the car back. More
