Zachary Ruppert in the service department is amazing! Thanks for taking care of my 2019 Honda HRV. My 17 year old son managed to put diesel in my gas tank. I drove up to this Honda dealer without an appointment as o was having trouble with the battery on my CRV. My first time there. ZACARY Ruppert couldn’t have been more helpful. Identified it was a ‘failed’ o was having trouble with the battery on my CRV. My first time there. ZACARY Ruppert couldn’t have been more helpful. Identified it was a ‘failed’ battery and replaced it immediately - under warranty. Friendly, fast and COVID safe service. The whole team went above and beyond. My first experience with crown Honda was today, they are truly wonderful staff they went further to help me than they even had to and by this I mean they fixed another dealerships mishap! I called Crown Hon truly wonderful staff they went further to help me than they even had to and by this I mean they fixed another dealerships mishap! I called Crown Honda and spoke to Zachary Rupert a service advisor about the issue and it was fixed today. The staff here was truly wonderful and went above and beyond, they deserve 10 stars for the service I received. I did not buy my Civic from here but I should have and I will be buying all my automobiles from here they are truly wonderful people and have a great customer service ethic..
