Zachary Ruppert was an outstanding service manager. He was helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. When I had an unexpected problem with my 2012 Honda, he walked me back to the service area to l was helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. Zachary Ruppert was awesome. I had to have a routine oil change and tire rotation and had an issue with my apple car play. He had the team troubleshoot and fix it in no time. Zachary Ruppert was very helpful and he went through my paperwork thoroughly. He explained how my brakes are in need of repair and offered to get my brakes light from the Kia dealer but I didn't have time paperwork thoroughly. Appointment was on time. Once my car was diagnosed Zach Ruppert arranged a shuttle ride home because my car had to remain overnight. The part needed was not in stock. Zach called me the next morning to let Ruppert arranged a shuttle ride home because my car had to remain overnight. The part needed was not in stock. Zach called me the next morning to let me know they had the part and were working on my car. When it was completed he arranged a shuttle ride so I could pick up my car. It was wonderful to have cold air coming out of my A/C instead of hot air. I also wanted to compliment the shuttle driver. I forgot his name but I know he has been with Crown for a long time. He was very polite and easy to talk to. More
