I was not happy with my experience. I didn't get an opportunity to even negotiate a little with my salesmen, the finance people I felt with were so pushy I was ready to walk out I was s I didn't get an opportunity to even negotiate a little with my salesmen, the finance people I felt with were so pushy I was ready to walk out I was so frustrated. I got 2 gift cards for gas which didn't even fill up the truck. This is the third survey I have done for Lenz, saying the same thing. I don't know why dealership asks when they get a negative review nothing is done. I won't be coming back or recommending Lenz to anyone. I of course will tell people how irritated I was dealing with Lenz. More

You could not talk to a better guy when looking at trucks than Brian Lenz .
