Jakobie Newton and Zac Will provided excellent customer service. Jakobie is very personable and researched questions my wife and I had to provide solid responses. I will recommend Jakobie to friends and family and Porsche Club of America members interested in a Porsche. Zac is also very personable and knowledgeable. He addressed our finance questions and provided good product recommendations. Louie DeBelle is the best for auto servicing. His excellent track record follows him from the Granite Bay dealership. Our only issue was the hard sell on extras like $995 to replace potentially lost keys and $1295 for their tracker (UCC RECOVR) if the vehicle gets s Our only issue was the hard sell on extras like $995 to replace potentially lost keys and $1295 for their tracker (UCC RECOVR) if the vehicle gets stolen. We were led to believe that the UCC was mandatory. We later found out that the UCC could be removed. They removed it and charged $280 (an hour of labor). Apart from this we had a good experience.
