Staff was professional and friendly. My one complaint is that the "discount" they gave me on the base price was to remove the charge for the anti-theft system already installed ($500 val My one complaint is that the "discount" they gave me on the base price was to remove the charge for the anti-theft system already installed ($500 value). It was only later I found out that if that discount is offered, they don't activate the system, so you are not really getting something for nothing. Kinda lame. More

I tried to make a service appointment for 2 months - no one ever responded and I was told that the messages on their website don't actually make it to the dealership/service department itself. Finally got one ever responded and I was told that the messages on their website don't actually make it to the dealership/service department itself. Finally got service and was asking about some of the recommendations - the service provider told me to just "read through the print out" and could not have been more patronizing. I needed to get picked up and waited 30 minutes outside for a ride. Their price for 3 new tires (and 4th for $1) was still more expensive than buying 4 new tires elsewhere. They don't care about you or your car and stretch service appts as long as possible to make more money. I tried to get in touch with my service provider for hours with questions and they never responded. I waited for awhile inside the dealership and there was a huge fight with men screaming at each other so I decided to leave since it seemed like it was escalating and it was making me uncomfortable. What a fantastic experience buying our Grand Highlander from Corbin Toyota and specifically Brock F. Brock was extremely helpful- very knowledgeable. He was polite, friendly and engaging.
