This whole transaction was frustrating. Up until the signing of financials was ok, but everything after that was not. I kept being told by Mazlo that he would keep in contact with me throug Up until the signing of financials was ok, but everything after that was not. I kept being told by Mazlo that he would keep in contact with me throughout the day both 9/21 and 9/23 and then didnt. 9/21 i heard from him at 10 and then 5pm with some xx excuse why the car wasn’t ready. 9/23 I heard from him once at 10am that’s it. I also left multiple messages to multiple managers throughout the day 9/23 because no ody could just log in the computer and tell me what was happening with the car. No one ever called ME back! That is until 2 days later. Then again on 9/30 I asked for help with getting the windshield replaced and Mazlo ignorned my phone call and won’t talk to me in person but sent a text on Tuesday. I left messages for a manager who left me me a message on 9/25 and he still has never called me back. I had more help from the windshield man then anyone at the dealership. My biggest complaint is that I wasn’t being communicated with and people couldn’t just callback to deal with the situation instead I was ignored which made me even more frustrated with the situation! All I needed was communication and HONESTY!!!! More

This was by far our worst car buying experience. We were lied too, and the dealership could not come close to matching a deal another dealership offered only 2 days prior. We were promised that some dings would be fixed on the car we purchased at 98% and the sales person said I wouldn’t even notice them, this was not the case. We spoke to a manager and all he could do was apologize but find no resolution. We will never buy a car from Corwin again. Also, the sales person referred to me as an “unkind person” for being direct in an email and asking for what was promised. I can see why Corwin has such a low rating on Yelp. More

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. He is not your typical pushy car salesman trying to pressure you or get you in and out as fast as possible. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. He was highly motivated and dedicated to not only getting the deal done, but making sure that I was taken care of along the way with all the details despite having such a demanding job. This dealership is well organized and has a lot to offer on used cars. After years of leasing several Jeeps, I couldn't be happier to make the switch to Toyota and to have purchased with Chris. He made the experience that much better and once I picked up my car everything was as advertised. 10/10! Corwin should be proud to have Chris on the team. Thanks again Chris!! More

Corwin Toyota should have updated the electrical system while in neutral and updated the towing sensors. The tires that are on the truck were completely unbalanced and I had the worst drive home to Durango while in neutral and updated the towing sensors.
