Felt they lied to me & took advantage of me. Did not correct the problem after 3 TIMES having to take it into their dealership for SAME issue!! Would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Service staff were very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that I left thinking everything was good but had to come back for a previously undiagnosed issue. I originally had a bad experience with Bill Ray Nissan with an oil change on a Versa S, where the service tech forgot to replace the oil cap. The manager corrected the issue and cleaned the engine. Now (2 years later) I have a Frontier, and their service department is going out of their way to ensure things are done right. They are listening to my concerns and addressing them in an economical and logical manner. I've had a lot of bad luck with mechanics and service departments, but at this point, Bill Ray's service is well above average and improving rapidly. More

Brought the car in with issues. The car left with greater issues. Engine dead. Took the care there thinking they knew the vehicle the best. Never again. Never buying a Nissan again.
