Zack was great. The driver's window works again. The trunk locks again, with one caveat. The payment person was friendly. Everything was fine except that the trun The driver's window works again. The trunk locks again, with one caveat. The payment person was friendly. Everything was fine except that the trunk lock only opens with the manual mechanism on the floor to the left of the driver's seat. Using the remote does not work. When I click the remote to open the truck, I can hear the mechanism in the trunk trying to work but it doesn't seem to have the strength to open the latch. I have to use the manual method next to the driver's seat. Perhaps this can be noted in my file and addressed next time when I come in. Thanks More

My transmission went and my a/c also died and I now have a beauitifully runnning vehicle because Zach D. cares and he really likes his job. If he leave, so do I. Bill Ray Nissan has always been 5 star quality for me. Thank you. This is the 2nd time I had to visit Nissan due to a problem with the new a/c. I did not wait this visit. More
