After days of trying to close a non-Negotiated deal
(which was purchased at asking price and ALL exceptional high added fee's and No Financing, Cash Purchased.) from everyone being too busy to focus on

It was extremely disappointing after asking for additional video and pic's and to please to show and/or simply tell me of any noticeable imperfections so I would be expecting them upon my delivery to me which I even paid extra for and enclosed Trailer for added care. What I received was an unwashed/dirty vehicle with numerous damaged paint issues, which could have easily been mentioned and noted by anyone, also both Rear seat fold down hand pulls completely and neatly were broke off which has to be repaired and replaced before I can even fold down either of the rear seats, which is commonly needed. This will be close to a $1000.00 repair alone. Then, last but not least I received a copy of an altered Carfax in the "Vehicle delivery packet of documents" that reflected totally different miles than the advertised Carfax and the true miles actually currently on the vehicle upon delivery.... which has now caused a huge a problem, even to be able to use the extended warrant (if needed) I purchased and was issued with the false & additional miles listed. Ocean Cadillac mentioned this was accidentally processed by their service dept. while doing their final service. (And would have it corrected for me immediately... Now, 30 days later and multiple discussions and emails still not addressed at all. Would not suggest ever purchasing any vehicle from Ocean Cadillac again unless perhaps in person, only. Extremely sad and unnecessary for such a simple deal to have been handled this way and still not completed properly.
