I live two hours from Hickory, so visiting to inspect and test drive the car was a major investment of time. Sales Rep Zach Pletcher maximized the value of my visit to the dealership, culminating in me putting down a deposit to hold the car until I could make arrangements to wire transfer the balance. Pick-up day was exciting! The dealership dispatched Mr. Carroll Broyles to make the two-hour (each way) trip to pick me up and take me to Hickory, where the excitement of my first Porsche (a CPO 911 Carerra) was shared by Zach and the staff. I received a thorough orientation to this very complex machine and had a blast driving it through the Western NC mountains back to my home.
