After 15 years in the automotive industry Zack has experienced change but one thing that does not change is customer service. Keeping his service customers informed while their car is being serviced has never varied. Knowing his customers has not changed either. Being able to communicate and understand what the customer needs and expects is the best way to expedite the whole service interval. Some people call it feedback and more properly, for Zack’s customers, it is appreciation for a thoroughly professional approach to having their vehicle serviced. With two sons and a daughter, Zack’s life is full, but he still finds time to relax through fishing and following the Florida Gators.

Oil change resulted in an oil leak. Amplifier replacement resulted in only one speaker working, which affected in noise cancelation not working. When the amplifier was replaced the sy Amplifier replacement resulted in only one speaker working, which affected in noise cancelation not working. When the amplifier was replaced the system should have been tested prior to returning it to me. After several trips all was remedied, however poor quality service overall. More

Zack seems like good associate and was nice to deal with. He was professional from the first encounter . I was disappointed to find out that after scheduling an appointment three weeks out for a transmissio He was professional from the first encounter . I was disappointed to find out that after scheduling an appointment three weeks out for a transmission flush the day of my appointment they couldn’t perform the trans service because they didn’t have Al of the parts needed. I drive from Ocala and have to leave my truck and do not have a people available to bring me back and forth. I hope they will offer me a loaner on my return visit. . More
