Norm was great from the first contact. I couldn't test drive the vehicle, so he made a video for me. Everyone at Naples Acura was helpful, and made an out-of-state transaction easy for me. I got my dream vehicle that my local Indiana dealers said would take 6-8 months to get. The price was right, and the 17 hour road trip home in my new wheels was a lot of fun. Norm picked me and my daughters up from the airport and made the entire experience enjoyable. Jack and Omar were also great to work with. I visited two Toyota dealerships within 10 miles of my home and couldn't get anyone to even sit down with me, even after I made an appointment. Although I wasn't in the market for an Acura, this dealership treated me better than any I've ever worked with. More
