Even though the car we wanted wasn’t currently on the lot it was ordered and we picked it up the following week. This is our first MDX and Norm was great showing us the trunk configuration and every button in the car .. even how to program the garage door! Top notch service from sales, to finance and the extra parts we ordered. We also loved swapping pet photos!! Highly recommend Naples Acura and Norm! More

Outstanding experience. This is our 6th Acura lease. Naples Acura and Marvin Guerrier have been unbelievable. From our first text contact with Zack, the continuing follow This is our 6th Acura lease. From our first text contact with Zack, the continuing follow through by Marvin and the efficiency of the paperwork by Scott was exceptional compared to our previous Acura dealerships in Kansas and Texas. Marvin continued to follow-up for several days to be sure we really were satisfied with our RDX. Never have had such personal attention from a car dealership. We look forward to a continued long relationship. We should note that we live about 144 miles from the dealership and planned to stay overnight in Naples. My current lease was coming up in a few months and found the exact car (color, interior, options) in stock. So.....conducted most of the transaction online, arrived at Naples Acura about 1 p.m. on our way to visit family (another 140 miles away)...Marvin had the car prepped, ready to go with our selected dealer installed options, showed us how to use the new features of the RDX...Zack had all the final numbers in place...Scott was ready for us in finance and we were out the door around 4 p.m. with enough time to comfortably check-in to our Naples hotel, shower and make our 5:30 p.m. dinner reservations. Dealership clean and friendly, however they make it too hard to purchase a car. Marvin our sales person was great. Answered every question and helped us find the car we wanted.
