Hayden, I am sorry that you feel our customer service did not meet your expectations and our standard superior customer satisfaction. After speaking with you on the phone I think you do feel differently about the misconceptions of your experience and the car you where interested in. Much of your dissatisfaction could have been eliminated had you stayed long enough to find out that when Bob went to get the keys from the manager he did not clarify it was you who was wanting to test drive it and the manager told him that it was being sold. It was a simple misunderstanding which was quickly corrected but you had already left before Bob had the chance to speak with you. When you had called earlier it was extremely busy and Rose who had taken your phone call was there to help deliver a car on her day off, she left shortly after you spoke with her but not before she pulled the car out like she said she would. After replaying your phone conversion it was clear she did not say she was going to be at work at 5:00 when you arrived but did say the car would be ready for you as it was. The car was also not ready for sale which is why you had not received a call from your original salesman and Rose retrieved the car from our detail department which is why the carpets were still a little wet from shampooing. The following day your original salesman did give you a call after his day off and you did get the opportunity to drive the car and decided it was not what you wanted after all. We do apologize for the misunderstanding and the owner did offer to pay $30 for the extra 9 mile trip from Fruita which well would have covered any expenses for the inconvenience. I hope we will get the opportunity to better assist you in the future on your next purchase.
