Blessing We have never been into a dealership like this! My husband and I must have gone to half a dozen dealerships that day and honestly were about to give u We have never been into a dealership like this! My husband and I must have gone to half a dozen dealerships that day and honestly were about to give up on finding a decent vehicle that was in our budget. Long story short We will definatly be going here when we get my hubby's next car, and I am in love with my SUV! I highly recomend this place to anyone looking for their next car, and doesn't want to deal with the uncomfortable haggling of a typical dealership. When you go ask for Zack! More

My experience I had an absolute great experience. I worked with Zack he did an outstanding job to make sure everything was good, and so that I could return to duty I had an absolute great experience. I worked with Zack he did an outstanding job to make sure everything was good, and so that I could return to duty from leave on time. He worked extremely hard to get everything done on a super short timeline. He was outstanding and I would recommend him and Carvilles to anyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Except for the terrible experience that I just had that I will make sure to add to that page and a few other by the end of the evening. Last week Except for the terrible experience that I just had that I will make sure to add to that page and a few other by the end of the evening. Last week I called in on a car that wasn't even there yet (it was on its way in a truck) The gentleman that answered the phone when I called took my info and said he would call me the second it gets detailed and ran through an inspection. So I've been checking on it over the passed week to see when it was done. And this morning I drove by and saw it on the Lot finally, but I didn't get a call from anyone. So I called and explained my situation and somebody put me on hold to find the person that said they would do this for me. After 17 minutes of being on hold I decided to hang up and call again because I'm pretty sure you forgot about me. So I called again and explained my situation, AGAIN, and was transferred to a nice lady named Rose that apologized for what had happened and scheduled me for 5:00pm today. So I drive from Fruita very excited to test drive a car that I'm really wanting to purchase and when I show I see it out front ready for a test drive (like she said it would be) and I go inside and ask for Rose, but it turns out she's not there, so a salesman (I believe his name is Bob) takes my ID and takes me out to the car, he seemed confused so he went inside and comes back out to tell me that the car sold... The car that I had an appointment to come test drive and had a separate salesman "calling me the second it hits the lot." I knew you guys had a bad reputation but I decided to put that behind me because you had the car I wanted to buy and then you treat me like that and waste an hour of my time and energy, not to mention get me pretty excited. You all should really work on your customer service and keep your ducks in a row because it seems like a giant mess. That being said, I will never come back and I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can about my experience so they too won't waste time and energy just for a slap in the face like that. More
