I wanted to look at the car first before I decided anything. My sales rep Zach was rude, rushed, awkward, and uncomfortable to be around. He then tried to convince us to buy the car when there was a clear issue with the engine. He even brought over his boss after the test drive to help convince us to buy the car before they even looked at the car to fix the issue. It was a mess. It’s just very hard between ninth and 10th gear and then back down. I almost think somebody at the dealership might’ve noticed this. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule and run it up to a Chevy dealership for for diagnosis and probably back again for The repairs. so yes, a little hard to recommend a dealership when you have issues like this. Especially when I traded a very solid vehicle, but your sales guided a good job so you have at least one good employee.. More
