I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware! More
