I came in for a Kia Sorento on 2/5. We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name, We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name, but when I told him my income he laughed. I said I didn’t want a crazy 1,000 payment and I was hoping to lease. I couldn’t get a lease and ended up with a high payment, but I will refinance soon. When I told the finance guy that I didn’t want a 1,000 payment he said “But you make 20,000 a month” as it seemed he was questioning me and laughing. He was very ignorant, I’m not sure if he thought I was lying about my income or if he assumed because I am a female, that I didn’t have that type of income or what. I would not recommend this dealership as long as this finance guy is employed. More
