Jackson demonstrates Exemplary customer service and great integrity. He is patient, kind, and a good listener. He knows Toyota very well. Although purchasing my vehicle took four hours (due to some software issues from what I understand) everyone was very friendly and helpful! Must say, Andy Budd was very helpful not pushy. Andy took the time to buff a little paint mark on a used purchase. There was a mark on the drivers seat, never asked to get out.
