We immediately felt very comfortable working with her. Zak was wonderful as well. The atmosphere was very positive. Everyone seemed very happy. On a side note, we had been working with Wilde Toyota and were ready to sign the paperwork but ended up walking out due to the way we were treated. Went over to Brookfield and left a few hours later with our vehicle and a much better deal! The day didn't start out as planned (we drove three hours to Wilde to purchase our vehicle) but in the end we were better off. Thanks to everyone at Toyota of Brookfield, and especially Paris & Zak!
