First time going to the dealership was to get a state inspection sticker Hyundai. I had a reservation, when I dropped the car off he said it would be an hour which I thought was a little long but went wi inspection sticker Hyundai. I had a reservation, when I dropped the car off he said it would be an hour which I thought was a little long but went with it 2 1/2 hours later I had to go and check on my car. It has just been finished. This was 2 1/2 hours with reservation for estate inspection sticker? More

He fixed knock sensor and ran software update but unfortunately he forgot to reconnect a small radiator hose and the car overheated before I made it home. I spent most of the next day figuring out unfortunately he forgot to reconnect a small radiator hose and the car overheated before I made it home. I spent most of the next day figuring out where it was leaking from. Luckily I didn’t have any engine damage. I told maintenance director about it a few days (Monday) later. More

I went in for warranty work and was not given a time frame. I think they took the bumper off unnecessarily because they didn't have the parts and I was there for 3 hours for a plug in diagnostic. My appointment was fine after the parts were in. More
