I was there for just an oil change. He said it was currently being washed so I went and sat down A few minutes later. He came out and said my car was all set and proceeded to tell me that he was sorry that it took so long and that they were not charging me for the service. I was very surprised and thankful for their kind gesture. I have always had good service but this situation was above and beyond what I expected. More
