Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re very sorry for the scheduling confusion and the inconvenience it caused. We understand how frustrating it is to leave work early and feel that your time wasn’t respected. After reviewing your visit, we want to clarify that both our Shop Foreman and our Service Director personally drove your vehicle multiple times and verified normal operation of the braking system. Before you purchased the vehicle, it also received a thorough inspection, and the brakes were noted to be in like-new condition. It’s worth noting that brakes can sometimes develop flash rust after sitting, which may cause an intermittent noise until the rust is cleared from the rotors during normal driving. This can mimic a brake concern even when the system is functioning properly.
