This was the best purchase experience of a car in my life!!! Everyone was amazing and the deal I got was really impressive. Very very fair and easy people to work with. This past weekend we went to test drive & subsequently buy the new Defender, and I have to say the experience with Ro was nothing short of awesome! It's without doubt the best car buying experience we hav buy the new Defender, and I have to say the experience with Ro was nothing short of awesome! It's without doubt the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not only did we buy the Defender, but we also ended up getting a Range Rover Sport HST also, after a spur of the moment test drive. Ro's knowledge of the car's & the brand, along with her personal touch made me a Land Rover convert once again. The team that Ro works with should also get a mention here. She gave me useful information and the freedom to explore the vehicles with all their amenities. I never felt rushed or pressured. She offered food and drinks to my two teenagers that were with me. That was very appreciated. She was able to get us a very reasonable price for our trade-in vehicle and ultimately sold us a great Land Rover!
