Zaya lied to me! Bank approved my loan with $4000 down, he claimed they wanted $5000 down. He also stated they wanted 29.99% APR, they stated that was a lie as well Bank approved my loan with $4000 down, he claimed they wanted $5000 down. He also stated they wanted 29.99% APR, they stated that was a lie as well and that he increased the points to make the dealership more money. He then submitted paperwork to the State of Illinois to claim a $4000 tax rebate telling them I bought the car, which I walked away from the deal after his lies. I have now filed a complaint with the State of Illinois and the BBB on the matter. I will not stop until they honor the deal! More

The folks at Countryside Mitsubishi are a class act. I was in dire need of a new car to replace mine with a faulty transmission. Unfortunately, the cost of the new transmission far exceeded the car’s ac I was in dire need of a new car to replace mine with a faulty transmission. Unfortunately, the cost of the new transmission far exceeded the car’s actual value, and I was severely upside down on the financing. My situation was dire, and I knew I would have to pay for my past mistakes. I found Countryside Mitsubishi through the Car and Driver shopping site. They were one of the few dealers that had the vehicle I desired. Since I was going to pay the price, I might as well get something I wanted. Joe Garner showed me the cars and even suggested alternative options. In fact, one of the cars he showed was actually at their sister dealership, over 20 miles away. Joe drove me to that dealership in the rain to let me view and test drive the vehicle. He took the time to understand my situation and explain the pros and cons. When I asked him what he would do or which car I should pursue, he gave me a genuine answer. However, due to my trade-in, the deal was not easy. I was not able to leave the other dealership with the car I had come to see. I returned to Countryside Mitsubishi to brainstorm with Joe and the Sales Manager, Zaya, to find the best solution. We reviewed the options, but I kept coming back to the fact that I would have to pay the penalty. I might as well get something I really wanted. That’s when I stopped Finance Manager Steve and he helped me figure out the best possible option for financing, rates, payments, warranty, and gap insurance to prevent something like this from happening again. Steve is a miracle worker and very savvy when it comes to structuring deals. He is very transparent and explained everything in great detail, given my situation. I was able to get my desired vehicle and drive away a satisfied customer. In closing, I truly appreciated the care and patience I received from the team at Countryside Mitsubishi. They offered me real advice and did everything they could to get me one of my dream vehicles. More
