The vehicle to be purchased was no even washed prior to my actual arrival even though the dealership new 3 days in advance of my date and time of arrival to purchase. Prior to arrival the financing office my actual arrival even though the dealership new 3 days in advance of my date and time of arrival to purchase. Prior to arrival the financing office did not provide a checklist of what documents were needed to insure a problem less purchasing experience. More
