Don't buy a car here, if you do, DO NOT buy the extended warranty they will offer you, they won't disclose that they sell NON refundable warranties, the warranty company is GWC, and they have a lot of compl warranty they will offer you, they won't disclose that they sell NON refundable warranties, the warranty company is GWC, and they have a lot of complaints as well. (Red flag, if they hand you an aritration form to sign). We bought a vehicle here and we traded it in to another dealership 4 months later after not wanting to put money into a paint job is suddenly needed. When I called to see what they needed from me as proof of sale to get a refund on the remaining balance of the warranty, I was told it was only refundable if the car was totaled by the insurance company or if it was repossessed. This is the first time I've ever heard of a non refundable warranty. We've called them on this sneaky tactic and they will not return calls, I've told them I'd be happy even if they kick back half of it, but crickets, I told them I will file complaints with BBB, xx atty general and consumer protection office which I have. More
