Horrible experience! I knew what car I wanted because I found it online and my salesman was nice but it stopped there. The finance person did not make a great effort to get a lower finance rate. There was a surprise fee of $1000 Certified Preowned. The next day when went to pick it up there was a problem and a manager was so rude that he slammed hie phone down in my ear refusing to help me.
