Unbelievable Experience The experience started off extremely well with the sales person. Things went totally different afterwards. The finance person either his name was Al o The experience started off extremely well with the sales person. Things went totally different afterwards. The finance person either his name was Al or Alan thought that he could just provide a monthly payment amount and not explain the numbers. When I pushed back and asked for the break down things started to really go down hill. Not to bore you with all of the details but it finally got to the point and I quote what he said .... Buy the car, don't buy the car do what you wish. This came about when he could not sell me all of the extras that finance people try to push. The only reason that I did complete the purchase is the price was good. I have removed any thing related showing where the car was purchased as I do not wish to advertise for these dealership. Have also tried to contact the finance dept for four days without a response/call back More
