If you run into a salesman named Ziad Abdelmassih ask if you can have another salesman. I bought a used Subaru from them the price was good they are very high pressure. I had a problem with my Subaru I coul you can have another salesman. I bought a used Subaru from them the price was good they are very high pressure. I had a problem with my Subaru I couldn't get the key out of the ignition on the second day. During the sale they offered me an extended warranty I turned it down. I called them knowing I didn't have an extended warranty just hoping they would do the right thing and stand behind the product they sold being it was only 2 days. That didn't happen. The key problem is sometimes there and sometimes not. It is however a known problem among Subarus. All I had to do was Google it and I did that before I called them. I called them on March 22nd I talked to Ziad he said he would talk to his used car manager and get back to me. It is now March 27th I have not heard a word. It's the not getting a call back that has angered me the most. I was willing to pay to have this problem diagnosed but they didn't even give me that option. Rather Ziad was more of I got your money middle finger to you pal. I would never deal with this dealership again More

Started with online team that put together a great deal for me then the sales team took over and got me through financing and intro to service department. Finance was not pushy at all nice change from what for me then the sales team took over and got me through financing and intro to service department. Finance was not pushy at all nice change from what I was use to at other dealerships. They even drove 45 minutes to pick me up so I could get the Forester without my wife using her time.
