I have a few credit issues, not a lot of cash to put down & a vehicle that I was upside down in, but Timothy Larson & Zoilo Luis worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted with financing that I could afford. They made me feel as though I was the most important customer they had all day & that putting me in the car I wanted was just as important to them as it was to me. I got to drive my new car home that day, and Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa has a new customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership & if you go, ask for Tim & "Z". My new family I was first greeted by a smile from the friendly receptionist. I had an appointment with Evelyn Ferguson she also greeted me with a smile and a ice co I was first greeted by a smile from the friendly receptionist. I had an appointment with Evelyn Ferguson she also greeted me with a smile and a ice cold bottle of water. Which I greatly appreciated in this Florida Heat. I met with 'Z" he showed me the two XT5'S he and Evelyn had handpicked for me. They were waiting up front when I arrived. Thank goodness because it started to rain and i didnt have to get wet. I ended up with one of them. "Z" Was amazing and knows his product very well. He went over the vehical inside and out hooked up and programmed my phone for me. Thank you "Ed Morris" for having such a great crew. And thank you Evelyn and Z for making me a part of the Cadilac Family. More
