Hi there, my name is Zoilo and I came to the United States a little over 20years ago. All this time I have worked in the automotive industry where I started as a Detailer getting vehicles ready for delivery. The last 18 years I have been establishing my career as a Sales and Leasing Consultant. I am proud to represent Ed Morse and the heritage and class of the Cadillac name. None of the usual game playing when buying a new car I have been buying and leasing cars starting in 1966. I usually get a new car every 2-3 years. I have dealt with many dealers and salesmen/women. T I have been buying and leasing cars starting in 1966. I usually get a new car every 2-3 years. I have dealt with many dealers and salesmen/women. The car buying experience has changed greatly in the last 52 years. Some dealers still hang on to the old "haggling and pressure" tactics of the past. Not this dealership. My wife and I were treated with total courtesy and respect by "Z" from beginning to end. After a short period of negotiating, not haggling. We were able to seal the deal, that everyone was happy with. When the lease is up on our current Cadillac. We will not hesitate to return to "Z" and Ed Morse Cadillac. More

Amazing Buying Experience I went to another dealership first & had a truly awful experience. Then I went to Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa & had the best buying experience I've ever had. I have a few credit issues, not a lot of cash to put down & a vehicle that I was upside down in, but Timothy Larson & Zoilo Luis worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted with financing that I could afford. They made me feel as though I was the most important customer they had all day & that putting me in the car I wanted was just as important to them as it was to me. I got to drive my new car home that day, and Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa has a new customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership & if you go, ask for Tim & "Z". My new family I was first greeted by a smile from the friendly receptionist. I had an appointment with Evelyn Ferguson she also greeted me with a smile and a ice co I was first greeted by a smile from the friendly receptionist. I had an appointment with Evelyn Ferguson she also greeted me with a smile and a ice cold bottle of water. Which I greatly appreciated in this Florida Heat. I met with 'Z" he showed me the two XT5'S he and Evelyn had handpicked for me. They were waiting up front when I arrived. Thank goodness because it started to rain and i didnt have to get wet. I ended up with one of them. "Z" Was amazing and knows his product very well. He went over the vehical inside and out hooked up and programmed my phone for me. Thank you "Ed Morris" for having such a great crew. And thank you Evelyn and Z for making me a part of the Cadilac Family. More
