David Hurley, Patrick Strickland, Zoran Krekik, and the finance manager made sure we were 100% satisfied. Liked the truck so much we came back and bought a new car 2 days later. SUPER FAST, NON APPOINTMENT, OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATIOON I woke up Saturday morning and realized I had forgot to make a service appointment. 360 treatment I was in the day before and had a bad experience with another salesperson. I called spoke with Zoran and he handled the siruation and made sure to hoo I was in the day before and had a bad experience with another salesperson. I called spoke with Zoran and he handled the siruation and made sure to hook me up with someone so I wouldnt have that same experience again. And he came thru! I was given Don and he did an amazing job as showing me the care i deserved and answered questions i had in purchasing a 2014 fusion. I just want to thank everyone who made my 2nd experience a 360° compared to the first time. I am so thankfully for Zoran, Jake, Jim J. And of course Don! You guys were amazing and thank you again for EVERYTHING! I will be coming back and referring people to come see you :-) Thank you Don Vold you were amazing!!!!!! More
